  Waited 20 minutes for my food... Not the first time i have waited a really long time either and once i get it and go to eat my food the fries and other items are cold

  Always get home and somethings missing or wrong. We just go on the weekends to get breakfast because it's fast and easy but most of the time it starts my day off bad because they dont get stuff right. But like I said it's quick and easy

  Used to have the fastest service in town, orders were also, generally correct. Something has changed, I mean, how hard is it to put both patties on a double quarter pounder. I guess I broke even though, there was enough ketchup on it to square the cost of the missing patty. I guess that explains the 27 napkins!

  The customer service is iffy. It depends on who you get working. The outside of the restaurant is generally dirty as there's trash often overflowing out of the can. But the food tastes like you'd expect from McDonald's.
